Refund policy

At Macintyre Brook Lamb we are committed to providing you with a high-quality product. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your product, please contact us on 0427 720 120 or bellhavenbrook@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Please note to be eligible for a replacement you must be able to show the original packaging and photos of the product.

As meat is a perishable item and is sensitive to temperature variations, we will not offer refunds or replacements for poorly kept products. 

Please note: Vacuum packed product may have a natural confinement odour when opening (particularly lamb) so any concerns with regards to smell does not mean the product is off. The odour will subside once taken out of its packaging.
