Delivery

We work with professional refrigerated couriers to deliver our lamb to homes throughout many parts of Australia. To see if we deliver to you, please enter BOTH your suburb AND postcode in the checker below. Please ensure you enter the correct information in the relevant fields, otherwise the checker will not work.

Delivery generally takes between 2-3 weeks. Our lamb is butchered on demand rather than stored, so it's a short but worth it wait for fresh, paddock to plate lamb. Some regional zones are only serviced fortnightly, and orders headed to FNQ or interstate can also take a little longer.

We use a third party refrigerated courier service to deliver our lamb. On the day of delivery you will receive an SMS from the courier providing an ETA and tracking link. The ETA will update throughout the day, so you'll need to click the link to see this.

If you won't be home at the time of delivery you can leave an esky with ice bricks, have a friend or family member collect for you or have it delivered to your work address. Alternatively, we can sometimes reschedule your delivery. Please send any delivery instructions, including requests for the courier to leave your order in an esky, to Sophie@macintyrebrooklamb.com.au at least 24 hours prior to delivery. Once your order is in transit we don't have access to the driver and can't make any changes.

The lamb will arrive in an insulated box, chilled but not frozen, and will need to be refrigerated as soon as possible. Add on products and Build Your Own Box selections are frozen prior to dispatch; as these items travel via our standard refrigerated courier network rather than dedicated frozen transport, they may arrive partially thawed. Our courier network maintains a consistent temperature of approximately 1°C throughout transit, ensuring all products remain within safe handling limits upon arrival. In line with food safety guidelines, products taken directly from the courier and placed straight into your freezer can be safely refrozen. We're unable to take responsibility for the quality of the lamb once it has been delivered.
