Delivery Coverage
We deliver to thousands of postcodes across Australia using a third-party refrigerated courier service.
To confirm if we deliver to your area, please refer to our Delivery Areas page.
Delivery Timeframes
Our lamb is processed fresh weekly on demand, not pre-packaged, so please allow time for paddock-to-plate.
Estimated delivery times:

Standard: 7–20 days from order

Remote areas (e.g. FNQ or interstate): Up to 28 days
We encourage you to check the delivery timeline guide in our website header or contact us directly for more specific ETA details.
Cold Chain Delivery
We use a refrigerated courier to ensure your lamb arrives fresh and safely.
On the day of delivery:

You will receive an SMS with an ETA and live tracking link

The ETA may update throughout the day, so click the link for the most accurate time
If You’re Not Home
If you won’t be available to receive your order, you can:

Leave an esky with ice bricks in a visible, accessible location

Have it delivered to your workplace, or a friend/family member’s home

Request a reschedule in advance (email us to discuss)

Product Handling Responsibility
Your lamb is delivered in an insulated box, but it is not frozen and must be refrigerated immediately upon delivery.
We take every care to ensure the product arrives in top condition. However, we cannot take responsibility for the quality of the lamb once it has been delivered and left unattended.
