Ordering and Delivery

We offer delivery to thousands of postcodes throughout Australia. Please see our delivery areas page for a comprehensive list of where we deliver to.  If you're unsure if we deliver to you please send an email to Sophie@macintyrebrooklamb.com.au

Depending on when your order is placed and where it is heading to, delivery wait time can vary. 7-20 days is standard however it can take up to 28 days if it's headed to FNQ or interstate.

Our lambs are processed on demand weekly ensuring your lamb is fresh when it arrives. However, please understand paddock to plate is not an instantaneous process.  For a guide on when your order may arrive please see the header on our website or get in touch with us. We're always happy to help.

We use a third party refrigerated courier service to deliver our lamb. On the day of delivery you will receive an SMS from the courier providing an ETA and tracking link.  The ETA will update throughout the day however, you'll need to click on the link to see this.

If you won't be home at the time of delivery you can leave an esky with ice bricks, have a friend or family member collect for you or have it delivered to your work address. Alternatively, we can sometimes reschedule your delivery. Please send any delivery instructions prior to delivery to Sophie@macintyrebrooklamb.com.au

The lamb will arrive in an insulated box but it is not frozen and will need to be refrigerated ASAP. Please note, we will not take responsibility for the quality of the lamb once it has been delivered.
