Our Lamb Cutlets are tender, juicy and incredibly versatile, whether you're throwing them on the BBQ, searing them in a hot pan, or crumbing them. Quick to cook and impossible to resist, cutlets are the lamb cut that never disappoints. Approx 8-10 cutlets per 1kg/pack. All individual cuts are frozen to preserve freshness and lock in the goodness from paddock to your plate.

This product is delivered frozen to maintain freshness. Our delivery truck runs at 1°C, but please note the product may be partially defrosted on arrival.
