Liver is one of the most nutrient-dense foods you can put on your plate, naturally rich in iron, vitamin A and B12. Ours comes from our grass fed Wagyu x Angus cattle. Enjoy it the traditional way with onions and gravy, blitz it into pâté, or grate a little into mince dishes for a sneaky nutrient boost. Approx 1kg per pack.

This product is delivered frozen to maintain freshness. Our delivery truck runs at 1°C, but please note the product may be partially defrosted on arrival.
