Tongue is a true delicacy and incredibly tender when cooked well. Simmer it gently for a few hours, peel, then slice it for sandwiches or you can also corn it or pickle it the old-fashioned way. From our grass fed Wagyu x Angus cattle. One whole tongue, approx 650g.

This product is delivered frozen to maintain freshness. Our delivery truck runs at 1°C, but please note the product may be partially defrosted on arrival.
