A half sheep butchered into an assortment of traditional, easy to cook cuts. Suitable for a small to medium family.

Mutton is a mature sheep that has more than 2 permanent teeth which generally occurs from 2 years of age onwards. Mutton meat is darker than both lamb and hogget, has a deeper flavour and often requires a slow cooking method to produce the most desirable results.
