WAGYU, RAISED THE AUSTRALIAN WAY

Our F1 cattle are a first cross of Wagyu and Angus, making each animal 50% Wagyu. You get the fine marbling and tenderness Wagyu is famous for, with the rich flavour and consistency of Angus.

Most Wagyu is grain finished for maximum marbling. Ours is raised slowly and entirely on pasture, giving beautifully balanced marbling that never overpowers. It's Wagyu made for the way Australians love to eat beef.

No antibiotics, no vaccines and no added hormones. Just exceptional, clean beef.

HOW YOUR BOX IS PACKED

Every box is cut from the whole animal, honouring the nose-to-tail philosophy.

20% STEAKS
May include porterhouse, rump, scotch fillet and more.

20% ROASTS & SLOW COOKS
May include bolar blade, silverside, brisket and osso buco.

20% EVERYDAY CUTS
May include oyster blade, round steak, Y-bone, chuck and skirt.

20% MINCE
For burgers, bolognese, rissoles and more.

20% SAUSAGES
Juicy, full of flavour and gluten free.

Every box may be slightly different. Cuts listed are examples only, but you'll get an approximate 20% split across the categories above.
