Shanks = slow-cook heaven. Our Lamb Shanks are fall-off-the-bone tender when braised low and slow, soaking up every bit of whatever you cook them in. Approx 1kg or 4 per pack.

All individual cuts are frozen to preserve freshness and lock in the goodness from paddock to your plate.

This product is delivered frozen to maintain freshness. Our delivery truck runs at 1°C, but please note the product may be partially defrosted on arrival.
