Oxtail is old-school comfort food at its best. The bone, marrow and collagen give braises, soups and stews incredible depth and body. Cook our grass fed Wagyu x Angus oxtail low and slow until the meat falls off the bone. Limited numbers. Approx 900g per pack.

This product is delivered frozen to maintain freshness. Our delivery truck runs at 1°C, but please note the product may be partially defrosted on arrival.
