A half hogget butchered into an assortment of traditional, easy to cook cuts. Suitable for small families and couples.

A hogget is a lamb generally older than 12 months of age that has started to replace its milk teeth with adult teeth. Hogget meat has a bolder flavour and can be darker in colour.
